This page explains how to delete your account in SelfPeak, the workout app by Marko Batur,
and what happens to your data. It applies to the Android and iPhone apps alike.
In the app (fastest)
- Open SelfPeak and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Account settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Check the summary of what will be removed and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Account in the dialog.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email
support@selfpeak.fit
from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you signed in with Apple or Google
and do not know which email the account uses, tell us and we will help you find it.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in record (email, name).
- Your workout history, saved plans, goals, training preferences, onboarding answers
(including age, fitness level and injuries) and pain notes from session ratings.
- The usage analytics events linked to your account.
- Your daily AI usage counter.
- On the phone you delete from: all local SelfPeak data, including body metrics and
progress photos, which never leave your device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Usage events recorded before you signed in carry no account ID, so they
cannot be linked to you or deleted with your account.
- Crash reports carry no account ID or email and are kept for up to 90 days
to fix bugs, then deleted automatically.
- A one-way hash of your sign-in identity (not your email or name) is kept for
48 hours, so that deleting and re-creating an account does not reset the daily AI limit.
It is then deleted automatically.
- Data that SelfPeak wrote to Apple Health on an iPhone stays in the Health
app until you delete it there. SelfPeak cannot reach it after the account is gone.
Deletion cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
