Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SelfPeak mobile application ("App") operated by Marko Batur, Zagreb, Croatia ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use SelfPeak. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
SelfPeak offers the following plans:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Premium access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
SelfPeak uses Google Gemini AI to generate workout plans and coaching responses. AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated workouts for your individual fitness level or health condition.
You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally contain errors or unsuitable suggestions. Always exercise judgment and consult a professional when in doubt.

All content, design, code, and branding within SelfPeak — including but not limited to the name "SelfPeak", logo, UI design, and original written content — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
SelfPeak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SelfPeak and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the App or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence in the EU.
